A Comment on FY Tumblr Blogs
If you do any exploration of Tumblr you’re going to come across a F*** Yeah blog. You can’t help it. In fact one of them is listed in Tumblr’s new editor’s choice directory. This isn’t a knock on Tumblr, they don’t control that. It’s just an unfortunate choice the blog owner decided to use that particular blog title. Many of these FY Tumblr blogs have some great content. I actually follow more than a few of them from my personal Tumblr space.
Now at Blog Oklahoma I maintain a family friendly posting policy. This is done by choice to reach the widest possible audience. It has nothing to do with censorship or anything like that. Just so you know I don’t plan on linking to any of these FY blogs from here. Most them to don’t fall within the scope of what is being shared here anyway. Not many FY WordPress, Blogger, or Facebook blogs out there. However it’s not going to prevent any of them from liking or reblogging something from here, or from something I’ve linked to, liked, or reblogged. If they do, their name will show up.
I’m just bringing this up to warn those of you who are easily offended.
I honestly wouldn’t even be making this comment if it wasn’t for the inevitable e-mail I’m likely to get complaining about it. It happens more time than you think. There is nothing I can do about it. Blog Oklahoma is not responsible for the content on anyone else’s web site.
